Restaurant is fantastic! The food chef Sam pumps out of the kitchen is absolutely delicious and you must make room for her desserts! The haddock is fresh and she shops for it herself and the seafood linguine is now my favorite. Her cakes are the best in Halifax. Rob, our server, is so professional and hilarious at the same time. You will be well taken care of and you can't beat the view of the lake! Love it there!

I can’t wait to return to Lakeside Bar & Grill. It was highly recommended and we finally stopped in to try it out, and I’m so glad we did. Everything tasted delicious and fresh, from appetizers to mains. We loved our mocktails and the selection was great compared to some other restaurants. Our server was very friendly and personable.

Very nice service from Liz very attentive and acknowledged it was my sisters birthday and we got a free dessert! We both had burgers and they were delicious, finished everything on our plates. We sat on the patio and it was a lovely view with the lake! Would recommend even if not staying at the hotel 😊
